I read other posts suggesting its "0000" or "1111" but get an error message on my phone telling me these areHi, I successfully paired my iPhone to my 330xi using the following procedure... 1) make sure that bluetooth is on in the bmw 2) turn bluetooth on in the iPhone 3) when the BMW shows up on the phone as a device, select it and you'll be asked to key in a 4 digit code. it doesn't matter what it is. your choice. 4) select the phone on the BMW side and enter the code you just put in the iPhone. 5) hopefully, that should do it. I should note that I'm quoting this from memory (too late to go out to the car now)...but I'm sure that I entered my own code on the phone first...then put that in the BMW. Good luck! Did the same on my 335i....made the iPhone discoverable first, then initiated pairing from the iPhone, then put in a random 4-digit password. On the car, entered the same password and they paired. A bug that I have noticed is that the iPhone and the car lose communication occasionally, requiring deletion of prior paired phone entries and then, re-pairing. Also, even though the entire iPhone address book downloads to the car, occasionally, this too seems to get lost. BMW and Apple obviously have some bugs to work out.
