Let third number = 100. First Number = 15% of 100 = 15. Second Number = 20% of 100 = 20.

Let the third number be x.

Then, the first numbers = x - 15x/100 = 85x/100

Second number = x - 25x/100 = 75x/100

$(\Rightarrow \frac{{85x/100}}{{75x/100}} \times 100 = 113.33\%)$
