Wie verbindet man einen controller mit der ps4

Erkennt Ihre PlayStation den PS4-Controller nicht, kann das mehrere Ursachen haben. Wir zeigen Ihnen, wie Sie Ihren Controller wieder verbinden können.

Wenn sich der Controller nicht verbindet, haben Sie folgende Möglichkeiten, um das Problem zu lösen:

Verbindung: Nehmen Sie den Controller vom USB-Kabel, schalten Sie die PlayStation komplett aus und trennen Sie das Gerät vom Strom. Verbinden Sie die Konsole wieder mit dem Strom, stecken Sie den Controller an das USB-Kabel und starten Sie die PlayStation erneut.
Kabellose Verbindung: Haben Sie kein passendes Kabel zur Hand, können Sie den Controller auch kabellos verbinden. Dafür muss allerdings zwingend schon ein anderer Controller mit der PS4 verbunden sein. Gehen Sie in den "Einstellungen" zu "Geräte" und "Bluetooth-Geräte". Ist bereits ein Eintrag vorhanden, löschen Sie ihn. Anschließend halten Sie den PlayStation- und Share-Button für 10 Sekunden gedrückt. Danach wird die kabellose Verbindung hergestellt.
Reset: Auf der Rückseite des Controllers finden Sie oben rechts ein kleines Loch. Drücken Sie hier einen Zahnstocher, eine Büroklammer oder einen Kugelschreiber für ein paar Sekunden hinein. Der Controller wird resetet und kann anschließend erneut verbunden werden.
Austausch: Wechseln Sie sowohl den Controller als auch das Kabel, um die Ursache des Problems zu finden. In vielen Fällen kann sich das USB-Kabel schnell abnutzen.
Aufschrauben: Haben Sie den Fehler immer noch nicht gefunden, können Sie den Controller aufschrauben und nach Fehlern suchen. Einige Nutzer berichten über gelöste Kabelverbindungen.
Reparatur: Als letzte Möglichkeit bleibt Ihnen noch die Reparatur beim Fachmann oder die Inanspruchnahme der Hersteller-Garantie.

If your DUALSHOCK 4 wireless controller is not vibrating as expected, the controller's vibration function may be turned off. To turn it back on:

Go to Settings > Devices > Controllers > Enable Vibration.
If the controller still experiences issues, try resetting the controller.

If you have headphones plugged into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the DUALSHOCK 4 wireless controller and you hear no audio, or the audio from the headphones is very faint, make sure the headphone plug is pushed all the way in. Unplug and then firmly reinsert the headphones.

To route all audio output to headphones:

Go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices.
Select Output to Headphones > All Audio.
Highlight the Volume Control (Headphones) option and press Right on the D-pad to make sure the controller's volume is turned up.
