This fantastic station activity has students analyze 11 primary sources related to Bacon's Rebellion at Jamestown Colony in 1676.It includes an introduction, the primary sources, and a students worksheet. Each primary source is a brief excerpt related to Bacon's Rebellion rather than a long, arduous document that students will struggle with. This allows them to gain a deeper understanding of the event and its impact while also being able to study a variety of primary sources. The included worksheet features 8 open-ended questions for students to answer from the documents. Both an editable Google Docs version of the activity and an answer key are included for your convenience. This resource works well with students in pairs, small groups, or individually and can be completed in class through stations, centers, or in groups at desks.
