  • It is only a way for the firewire interface to understand the type of camera you are wanting to connect to – IF you are going to connect a DV or HDV camera. If not connecting a camera, it doesn’t affect working with other tapeless based formats 🙂

Frage von Aylin88:Hi allerseits, ich bin ganz neu hier. Leider bin ich mit meiner Frage bei Google nicht ganz fündig geworden. Ich möchte einen Film in Premiere schneiden und habe das Material aus einer Canon 5D Mark3, in naher Zukunft auch von einer Sony a7s und Sony Fs7. Meine Frage lautet ob ich bei den Projekteinstellung in Premiere bei dem Punkt "Aufnahmeformat" DV oder HDV auswähle? Ich weiß auch, dass bei Auswahl von HDV mehr Leistung vom Rechner gefordert wird. Viele Grüße. Ich hoffe Ihr könnt mir helfen. :)

Egal, beides spielt keine Rolle, da dein Material dateibasiert ist und nicht (mit Premiere) aufgenommen wird.

Yep, alle genannten Kameras haben weder mit DV noch mit HDV was zu tun. Mach dich lieber noch ein wenig mit den Kameras und Premiere vertraut, bevor du loslegst.
