There are several ways to find the network name (SSID) and security key of your home network. This is usually found on the router itself.

On the router you will find a sticker at the bottom showing the network name and WPA2 password. The network name of your router usually starts with the brand name of your Internet service provider, followed by a combination of a 6-odd number. The WPA2 password of your router is unique and consists of a combination of 12 numbers and / or letters.

The default network name (SSID) and security key (WPA) can be changed, but may also be changed in the past. In that case, contact your service provider if the information is no longer true.
