Auf dieser Seite erklären wir Schritt für Schritt, wie du deinen PS4-Controller an deine PS4 anschließt. Praktisch, wenn dein Controller defekt ist oder du einen zweiten, dritten oder vierten Controller anschließen möchtest.

Bevor du beginnst, benötigst du ein paar Dinge:

Eine PlayStation 4 Slim / Pro / Standard
Der/die zu koppelnde(n) PS4-Controller
Das mitgelieferte USB-Kabel

Alle PS4-Controller anzeigen

Schalte die PS4 über die Schaltfläche auf der PlayStation selbst ein.
Schließe das USB-Kabel an einen der USB-Anschlüsse der PS4 an.
Verbinde die Micro-USB-Seite des Kabels mit dem Micro-USB-Anschluss deines PS4-Controllers.
Drücke die runde Playstation-Taste in der Mitte deines Controllers, bis die Lichtleiste des Controllers blau leuchtet.
Der Controller ist gekoppelt und einsatzbereit.

Schlägt die Kabelpaarung fehl? Dann gibt es noch ein paar Dinge, die du ausprobieren kannst:

Verbinde das Kabel mit einem anderen USB-Anschluss deiner PS4. Die PS4 Pro verfügt über einen zusätzlichen USB-Anschluss auf der Rückseite.
Probiere ein anderes USB-zu-Micro-USB-Kabel aus, z. B. von einem Android-Smartphone, und wiederhole den Vorgang.

Erkennt Ihre PlayStation den PS4-Controller nicht, kann das mehrere Ursachen haben. Wir zeigen Ihnen, wie Sie Ihren Controller wieder verbinden können.

Wenn sich der Controller nicht verbindet, haben Sie folgende Möglichkeiten, um das Problem zu lösen:

Verbindung: Nehmen Sie den Controller vom USB-Kabel, schalten Sie die PlayStation komplett aus und trennen Sie das Gerät vom Strom. Verbinden Sie die Konsole wieder mit dem Strom, stecken Sie den Controller an das USB-Kabel und starten Sie die PlayStation erneut.
Kabellose Verbindung: Haben Sie kein passendes Kabel zur Hand, können Sie den Controller auch kabellos verbinden. Dafür muss allerdings zwingend schon ein anderer Controller mit der PS4 verbunden sein. Gehen Sie in den "Einstellungen" zu "Geräte" und "Bluetooth-Geräte". Ist bereits ein Eintrag vorhanden, löschen Sie ihn. Anschließend halten Sie den PlayStation- und Share-Button für 10 Sekunden gedrückt. Danach wird die kabellose Verbindung hergestellt.
Reset: Auf der Rückseite des Controllers finden Sie oben rechts ein kleines Loch. Drücken Sie hier einen Zahnstocher, eine Büroklammer oder einen Kugelschreiber für ein paar Sekunden hinein. Der Controller wird resetet und kann anschließend erneut verbunden werden.
Austausch: Wechseln Sie sowohl den Controller als auch das Kabel, um die Ursache des Problems zu finden. In vielen Fällen kann sich das USB-Kabel schnell abnutzen.
Aufschrauben: Haben Sie den Fehler immer noch nicht gefunden, können Sie den Controller aufschrauben und nach Fehlern suchen. Einige Nutzer berichten über gelöste Kabelverbindungen.
Reparatur: Als letzte Möglichkeit bleibt Ihnen noch die Reparatur beim Fachmann oder die Inanspruchnahme der Hersteller-Garantie.

To use a controller on a device for the first time, turn on pairing mode:

Make sure the light bar on the controller is off.
If the light bar is on, press and hold the PS button until it turns off. If a USB cable is connected to the controller, disconnect it.
While pressing and holding the SHARE button, press and hold the PS Button until the light bar flashes.

On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
Select scan for new devices and then select the controller from the list of devices.
When pairing is complete, the light bar turns a solid color.

A controller can be paired with only one device at a time. Each time you change devices you must pair the controller with the new device.

You can use your wireless controller to play games streamed from your PS5™ console or PS4™ console to your compatible device using the PS Remote Play app.

Your wireless controller can also be used to play games that support DUALSHOCK 4 wireless controllers.

Bluetooth limitations

If you are connecting a DUALSHOCK 4 wireless controller to a compatible Sony Xperia device, all functions are available.

For other devices, some wireless controller features are not available when connected via Bluetooth:

Touchpad is not supported.
The color of the light bar cannot be changed.
Rumble, motion sensor, and headphone jack audio connection are not supported.

To reconnect your wireless controller to your PS5 console or PS4 console, connect it with a compatible USB cable and press the PS button on the wireless controller. You can then remove the USB cable and use the controller wirelessly.
