Dear student, here is your solution

I think 4th option will correct
4) The wires will become parallel to each other Reason - Use right hand screw rule to find the direction of magnetic field of wire 1 . It will be into the paper ( perpendicular to the plane of both wires ) . - Magnetic field of wire 1 will apply magnetic force on the wire 2 . Use Fleming's left hand rule to check the direction of this force on wire 2 . It will be downwards . - this downwards force will produce torque on wire 2 and will rotate it by 90 degrees . Due to the rotation; wire 2 will become vertical or we can say it will be parallel to wire 1 . ( Wire 2 will not apply magnetic force on 1 because direction of magnetic field of 2 and direction of velocity of charges in 1 are opposite so force will be 0 if we use formula F = qvBsin(theta) as theta=180 )
