You just can’t quite beat real banana flavor. (no thank you to that fake banana flavor). There is something wonderful about the creaminess of a frozen bananas. We use them quite often as a smoothie base.
The key to a perfect nanner smoothie is the frozen bananas. Forget the ice and slice up a bundle of bananas, freeze them, and use those frozen bananas as the base for your smoothie. Feel free to add any extra flare or ingredients if you’d like. We kept it nice and simple. If you feel like you want to add a serving of vegetables, try frozen cauliflower! If you would like a bit more texture try adding a couple of tablespoons of oatmeal. The options are endless.
