A day filled withSoundThe sound of natureIt envelopes meI am natureNature is meThe sounds fill my earsBirds singing,Cheep!Leaves rustling,Swish!Frogs, CricketsCroak! Literary Elements:
The literary elements I used were....Onomatopoeia - I used onomatopoeia in lines 2 and 3 to describe the sounds I heard in nature.  For example: "Bzzz! Woosh! Chirp!"  I used these to show the reader what I heard, so that they could connect to my poem better.                                                                                        Repetition - I used repetition at the end of some lines.  For example: The last line of stanzas 1 through 3 I wrote "The sounds fill my ears" and the last lines of stanzas 4 through 7 all talked about "a moment of silence."  I used these to strees the meaning/theme of the poem and that I heard a change in the sounds in nature.Personfication - I used personification in stanza three when I described how the bees fly when they workOther literary elements- Kinesthetic Imagery, Auditory Imagery, Juxtaposition, Simile
