Born Pascale Rowe, but known as the alias Ms. Bling Miami, this popular Instagram beauty is a mother, international motivational speaker, accessories designer and successful retail entrepreneur. Not to mention, Ms. Bling is the author of Boss Up, Or Get Bossed Around, a self-help business book.
