DNS server section, then enter the 8.8.4.4 and save the settings.

Check For Internet Issue

A slow or weak internet connection can also produce many problems while using Disney plus app. So make sure you’re getting enough internet speed for playing Disney plus on your device. The required internet speed for Disney plus app is mentioned below.

1. Click on the three dots from the top right corner of the screen.
2. Hover over More tools, then select Extensions.

Android TV

1. Go to the Home screen.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Device Preferences.
4. Choose the Reset option.
5. Select Erase everything.

Rokus

1. Go to Home screen.
2. Scroll down to select Settings.
3. Choose Advanced System Settings.
4. Now Factory reset then select Factory reset everything.

Firestick

1. Press the Home button.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select My Fire TV option.
4. Select Reset to factory defaults.
5. Confirm the reset.

Samsung Smart TV

1. Go to Home screen then select Settings.
2. Select Support option.
3. Now choose Self-diagnosis.
4. Select Reset option.
5. Enter your pin.
6. Confirm the factory reset.

After resetting your factory reset, add Disney plus back to your tv. Now check if the Disney plus black screen issue is fixed.
