Remember the Nickelodeon show Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn? The show premiered on September 13, 2014, and after four seasons and 82 episodes, fans said goodbye to the Harper family on August 4, 2018. The series starred Aidan Gallagher, Lizzy Greene, Mace Coronel, Kyla-Drew Simmons and Casey Simpson, and kicked off their major careers. “Before I got Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn, I was auditioning for all these other projects, but I wasn’t really getting any of them, because I wasn’t the look that they were going for. I’m too short or I didn’t have a British accent or stuff like that! But it is always disappointing, something you work hard for, and it didn’t work out. But at the end of the day, it’s not because you aren’t good enough, or anything like that. It’s just because there’s something better ahead, coming for you,” Lizzy told J-14 exclusively in August 2017 about nabbing her role on the show. “There’s something much better in your future that you were meant for — that one role. That was what happened with me. I was auditioning and I got this amazing opportunity for this Nickelodeon show! And I ended up getting it, which was so amazing. If you don’t achieve something, it’s because there’s something much greater for you later.” Lizzy starred as Dawn in the series, which followed her character and her three brothers Nicky, Ricky and Dicky, who were quadruplets with nothing in common, but often fought throughout each episode. Viewers watched as the four kids worked together to solve everyday problems. News broke in November 2017 that the show was gearing up to air its final episode. In a statement to Deadline at the time, the network said, “Nickelodeon is not moving forward with production on Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn,” noting that they were “extremely proud” of the show and “thankful” to both the cast and crew. The fourth and final season premiered in early 2018 and aired for 14 episodes.
