Orchard Park, N.Y. — The Buffalo Bills host the New York Jets Sunday in the final game of the NFL’s regular season. The Bills and Jets square off at Highmark Stadium. The game is mostly meaningless for the Jets (4-12) who once again will miss the playoffs as they finish at the bottom of the AFC East. The Bills, meanwhile, punched their playoff ticket last weekend with a win over the Atlanta Falcons. A win against the Jets would give them the AFC East conference title for the second consecutive year and could open the door to a no. 3 or even a no. 2 seed in the playoffs. The two teams last met on Nov. 14 at the Meadowlands. The Bills won that game 45 to 17.
