If you're experiencing unusual behaviour (unusual battery drain or heating) on Samsung mobiles, tablets or wearables, you can send us an error report or ask us a question in the Samsung Members app. This allows us to take a closer look at what is happening. The data is anonymised and only held for the duration of the investigation. Find out more about sending an error report through the Samsung Members app. I have a Galaxy S10. When I'm on a call, and someone tries to ring, I am not getting a missed call notification. So unless they leave a voice mail or send a text, I do not know I have missed a call. The missed call notification works at all other times. This is very frustrating and embarrassing, as this is my business phone, and it's not a very good situation to be in when people think you have simply ignored them. When I first got the phone, it used to give me this notification, but somewhere along the way, after an update, it stopped, and I haven't been able to find a way to get it to work again. Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. |
