I bought a predator 212cc engine about 3 months ago, I started it up last week and it worked on the first pull. Once I knew the engine was working i mounted it onto my go kart and started working away on the body of the go kart. This meant that I had to tip the kart on its side several times (naturally this meant tipping the engine on its side as well). I completed the build today and when I went out to test ride it, the engine would not start. I put the fuel and oil in at the same levels as recommended, then engaged the circuit breaker switch, put the carburetor arm in "fuel in" and the ignition arm to "start" then i gave it a few slow tugs to get the oil and fuel flowing and after that i gave it a couple of hard tugs to get it running. However, this did not work, the engine did not start at all, i tried priming the engine by pulling on the throttle arm but that did not help. People online suggested that the float in the carb might be stuck, however, its brand new and i just tapped the oil try and nothing happens so i do not think its the carb float. I think it might be a foul spark plug but i do not know the size of it, I do know however,, that the spark plug is a LG f6ct. However, I need to know what socket size to get. Do you know which one I need? also do you know which spark plug i can replace it with? and lastly, Is there any other thing i may need to try or perhaps look into? Thanks
