How to download videos from recurbate

In searching for a fix I found a number of JD threads on the internet which so far as I could tell did not provide a solution. I get this message both on JD2 and when trying to download on browser outside JD2. It always happens after my computer crashes or if I mistakenly sign out of my computer account while a download is running in or out of JD2. Usually it resolves after a few hours or like up to a day but this time coming up on second or third day of it. My JD2 is hooked up to google chrome, I've tried shutdown/start, clearing all the caches, cookies and history in both Chrome and Firefox. If anyone figured out a solution for this can it be passed on to me thanks!

is it really possible to change an IP address? I thought the one assigned by AT&T was fixed as in unchangeable

Depends on your ISP and yes you might have a static IP address.
In this case your options are those:

• Use a VPN/proxy
• Wait and try again later

I think I've tried changing ISP address before only to learn AT&T provided ones are static. Regardless of that, good news today both JD2 and browser filejoker downloading are back to normal thanks.
