PowerPoint for Microsoft 365 PowerPoint 2021 PowerPoint 2019 PowerPoint 2016 PowerPoint 2013 More...Less PowerPoint doesn’t have a Track Changes feature like the one in Word, but you can receive comments and feedback from reviewers by first saving your presentation to your computer, and then posting a second copy to a shared location such as OneDrive or SharePoint. You can ask people to make changes and add comments to the shared copy. Once they are done, compare and merge the shared copy with the original saved on your computer. Before people can review your presentation, it's a good idea to save the original copy, and then post a second copy for them to review. Saving the original will give you something to compare changes with when everyone’s done reviewing.
When everyone is done reviewing the presentation you shared, you can review the changes and merge it with the copy you saved of the original.
To accept or reject changes made by reviewers, do the following:
Aspose.Slides Comparison app is a free online solution for reviewing presentations. It allows to track the changes of two versions of the same presentation file, see the diff of the presentations in a convenient way. Compare documents of various presentation file formats: PPT(X), PPS(X), POT(M), etc. Presentation comparison diff file can be saved in PDF or DOCX format. PowerPoint Comparison App is a free app provided by Aspose.Slides. edit hotspots Some changes, like Inserted or Deleted slides, will show up on the Slides pane. Click the revisions icon to see the change, then click the check box if you want to accept it. In addition to reviewing changes individually, you can accept multiple changes at once. Click the Accept drop-down arrow, then choose either Accept All Changes to This Slide or Accept All Changes to the Presentation. To compare your presentation with another version, click the Compare command. Next, locate and select the desired file. Use the Next command to view the next change in the presentation. You can also click Previous to go back to the previous one. When you're satisfied with the changes you've reviewed, click End Review. Only the changes you've accepted will be applied to the final presentation. The Slides tab actually lets you preview the revised slide, so you can see the changes in action (as opposed to the Details tab, which only lists the changes). The Details tab lists every change that has been made to the current slide, as well as any comments. Click a change to see its location on the slide. Click the revisions icon anywhere it appears on a slide to see the changes that were made in that spot. To accept a revision, click the check box beside it. To reject a revision, leave the box unchecked.

The Reviewing PaneThe Reviewing Pane appears automatically when presentations are merged. It appears by default on the right side of the PowerPoint window. Click on the Details tab to view changes on the current slide and at a presentation level. A check box icon will appear on the slide beside any item that has been changed. There are two parts to the Reviewing Pane (with the Details tab selected). The top area shows changes on the slide you are viewing. The bottom area shows changes throughout the presentation.
